With her history of corporate and entrepreneurial success, a background in industrial psychology, and a solid core of integrity, Amy brings a strong mix of talent and accomplishment to her role as our CEO. Under her leadership, Partners International sustains a reputation for being a truly unique global presence, known for its client loyalty and flexible responsiveness to current market trends.
David Saias, EVP, Managing Director
David Saias as EVP, Managing Director leads the firm’s efforts including Client Delivery, Sales, Business Partnership Development, Practice Management and Operations. David is highly regarded for his hands-on leadership and ability to build high-performing sales and management teams. His special expertise is in marketing high value services and solutions across a wide range of industries and businesses, from Fortune 100 companies to venture backed startups. David has a demonstrated record of driving results in new business development, business turnaround and operations. Additionally, he has built strong customer and business partner relationships while strengthening revenue generation, process improvement and the bottom line.
Andrea Chester, Director, Client Services
As Director of Client Services at Partners International, Andrea leads the Client Services team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Executive Coaching and Talent Consulting practices. She is the interface between clients and coaches around the world, providing a seamless customer experience. Andrea is in constant motion meeting clients exactly where they are and partnering with them to craft sustainable solutions to their Executive Coaching and Talent Development challenges. Andrea holds an MA in Corporate Communication from Baruch College and BA in Communication Studies from the State University of New York at Albany.
Dave Ciliberto, SVP, Client Services & Career Transition
Dave Ciliberto, leader of our Career Transition & Mobility practice, has a 25-year background in Human Resources with expertise in Career Transition, Diversity & Inclusion, and Training & Development. Dave’s consultative approach, assessment expertise, and skilled insight into what motivates the success of individuals serves to strengthen and sustain existing client relationships. Dave is a graduate of Lynchburg College and also an adjunct instructor at Cornell University for many of its Diversity & Inclusion programs.
John Hoover, PhD, Senior Vice President
John’s primary responsibility at Partners International is to define and design the company’s theoretical approach to and practical methodology for executive coaching and talent strategy consulting. His executive experience with The Walt Disney Company and McGraw-Hill, his M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy, and PhD in Human & Organization Development uniquely position him to invoke creativity, Innovation, and systems theory when coaching key policy makers in making critical organizational decisions that unleash the full talent potential of their organizational populations. An author or co-author of more than a dozen books on leadership and psychology, John is the creator of the Contextual Coaching™ model at Partners International and is co-author of The Coaching Connection (Amacom 2009). He developed curriculum and taught in graduate–level certification programs based on Coaching in the Organizational Context at CUNY and Fielding Graduate University.
Eileen Rourke, Business Intelligence Specialist
Eileen has a 25-year background in Research and Information Management in organizations from both the private and public sectors, from financial services firms such as Fannie Mae and Dun & Bradstreet to nonprofits such as Peace Corps and DC Public Library. Eileen delivers excellent customer service to our candidates by conducting in-depth database research for job prospects and trains people to optimize the information infrastructure uniquely available to Partners International candidates. Eileen holds a Masters in Library Science from Columbia University, where she also taught graduate courses in database searching. She is a member of SLA (Special Libraries Association) and of ALA (American Library Association). Her leadership activities in professional information organizations provide a global network of resources that enhance the capabilities of Partners International.
Stephanie Silver, Director, Client Services
As Director of Client Services for Career Transition, Stephanie oversees the outplacement candidate experience from initial transition through program conclusion. She works closely with the practice lead and sales team to provide our corporate clients with tailored business solutions, as well as initiates services for individuals as they start their career transition journey. Stephanie manages the national and international referral process, developing and maintaining relationships with our partnering offices to ensure quality career transition services are delivered. She interfaces with our team of career coaches as well as the practice leads of our executive coaching and strategic team alignment practices. Stephanie holds a BA in International Studies from University of Richmond.
