Under her leadership, Partners International sustains a reputation for being a truly unique global presence, known for its client loyalty and flexible responsiveness to current market trends.

  • David Saias, EVP, Managing Director

    David Saias as EVP, Managing Director leads the firm’s efforts including Client Delivery, Sales, Business Partnership Development, Practice Management, Finance and Operations. David is highly regarded for his hands-on leadership and ability to build high-performing sales and management teams. His special expertise is in marketing high value services and solutions across a wide range of industries and businesses, from Fortune 100 companies to venture backed startups. David has a demonstrated record of driving results in new business development, business turnaround and operations. Additionally, he has built strong client and business partner relationships while strengthening revenue generation, process improvement and the bottom line.

  • Debbie Jackson, VP Business Development

    Debbie’s primary role is to continue to build on Partner’s loyal client relationships and drive business growth through new client organizations. She accomplishes this by serving her clients through listening carefully, building trusted relationships and ensuring solutions are a value add to them and their organization. She has a reputation of collaboration with clients and consultants alike and a 15+ year track record of excellence in the career transition, executive coaching and talent consulting industry. Debra has a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and an Undergraduate Business Degree from Western Michigan University.

  • Janet Wise, SVP Career Transition Services

    Janet Wise, leader of our Career Transition & Mobility practice, has an 18-year background as a corporate Learning & Development executive with expertise in Career Transition Strategies, Leadership Development, and Executive Branding. Janet’s consultative, client focused approach along with skilled insights and a strengths-based approach to career management, allows individuals to identify their unique strengths and expertise and effectively prepares them for their next strategic leadership role or career transition; ensuring exceptional client experiences for both the individuals and the sponsoring organizations.
    Janet holds a master’s degree in Human Capital Management from Fordham University, and post- graduate certificates in Executive Coaching and Media Psychology.

  • Jim Hajny, Vice President, Client Services - Career Transition

    As VP of Client Services for Career Transition, Jim oversees the outplacement candidate experience from initial transition through program conclusion. He works closely with the practice lead and sales team to provide our corporate clients with tailored business solutions, as well as initiates services for individuals as they start their career transition journey. He manages the team of career coaches and matches the candidates to the right coach. Jim also manages the national and international referral process, developing and maintaining relationships with our partnering offices to ensure quality career transition services are delivered. Jim is a graduate of New York University, Stern School of Business, receiving his BA in Marketing.

  • Michael Valentine, PhD, Managing Consultant

    Michael’s primary responsibility at Partners International is to continue to define and design the company’s theoretical approach to and practical methodology for executive coaching and talent strategy consulting. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategy, managing organizational change and developing leadership talent.
    Mike is a Juris Doctor at Temple University School of Law, he also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina. Mike earned his PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, where his research focused on leadership behavior change in complex organizations. He has conducted research and co-authored papers on team dynamics and the impact of implicit bias on leadership decision-making. Mike has executive coaching certifications from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and Case Western Reserve University and is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at NYU School of Professional Studies.

  • Yana Blackwelder, Managing Consultant

    Yana’s primary responsibilities at Partners International are to lead several initiatives including: intercultural coaching, women’s leadership initiatives, internal and client’s coach training and firm visibility. Externally, Yana has guided numerous organizational clients around the world on cutting edge topics including coaching culture, women’s leadership, group coaching and team alignment. Having worked for many years in male dominated industries, Yana was well equipped to support women leaders in organizations worldwide including The World Bank, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Women for Women International and Nestle. She is also proud to be an executive coach, working with groups of women leaders for the prestigious International Women’s Forum. Yana has a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She holds her BBA in MIS from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Yana is also currently pursuing her PhD at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She received her Coaching Certification from Coaching Development in London and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a trained ICF coaching competency assessor. Yana is also Hogan and MBTI certified.

  • Andrea Chester, Director, Client Services - Executive Coaching & Talent Consulting

    As Director of Client Services at Partners International, Andrea leads the Client Services team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Executive Coaching and Talent Consulting practices. She is the interface between clients and coaches around the world, providing a seamless customer experience. Andrea is in constant motion meeting clients exactly where they are and partnering with them to craft sustainable solutions to their Executive Coaching and Talent Development challenges. Andrea holds an MA in Corporate Communication from Baruch College and BA in Communication Studies from the State University of New York at Albany.

  • John Hoover, PhD, PCC, CSA, MFT, Supervisor of Coaches

    Robert "John" Hoover, PhD, PCC, CSA, MFT has worked with Partners International for more than 11 years to design and deliver executive coaching services to organizations around the world. John is sometimes the coach, sometimes the recruiter of coaches, and is most often the coach supervisor; helping to ensure consistency and continuity in quality and craftsmanship for corporate coaching engagements. John is a thought leader in the coaching industry and co-author of The Coaching Connection (Amacom Publishing 2009) and author of Enterprise-wide Coaching: The Ten Commandments (Sage 2018) as well as more than a dozen other books on leadership, individual, and organizational psychology. He has coached and/or taught at Yale School of Management, NYU, and Fielding Graduate University - and lectured at Amherst, Columbia, and Vanderbilt. John served on the Board of Directors for the New York City chapter of International Coach Federation and on the nominating committee for the ICF Global Board of Directors. He graduated from the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2013 and remains active in the Americas Supervision Network.

  • Peter Movesian, SVP Executive Search Practice

    Peter Movesian, as the leader of the Executive Search Practice, brings over two decades of distinguished service as an HR leader at market leading companies in a variety of prominent New York industries -- financial services, entertainment / media, market research, advertising, professional services, and not-for-profit. Most recently Peter was the Global Director for Talent Acquisition for Omnicom Media Group, the largest “media agency” in the advertising business. Prior to joining Omnicom, Peter held several senior level posts in which he was responsible for Talent Acquisition and / or Talent Management. He was EVP for Human Resources at TNS from 2003-2009, which were years of tremendous growth for the company. He was the SVP for Global Human Resources at Universal Music Group from 1999-2003 and the VP for Organizational Development at MTV Networks from (1995-1999), both of which were market leaders in the US and globally. The key to success has always been staying ahead of the curve by innovating and implementing relentlessly.

  • Eileen Rourke, Business Intelligence Specialist

    Eileen has a 25-year background in Research and Information Management in organizations from both the private and public sectors, from financial services firms such as Fannie Mae and Dun & Bradstreet to nonprofits such as Peace Corps and DC Public Library. Eileen delivers excellent customer service to our candidates by conducting in-depth database research for job prospects and trains people to optimize the information infrastructure uniquely available to Partners International candidates. Eileen holds a Masters in Library Science from Columbia University, where she also taught graduate courses in database searching. She is a member of SLA (Special Libraries Association) and of ALA (American Library Association). Her leadership activities in professional information organizations provide a global network of resources that enhance the capabilities of Partners International.
