Andrew previously served as Vice President, Business Development at Partners International. Since his departure in 2022, he has held a lead business development role with a leadership assessment and talent development firm facilitating leadership assessments, development and coaching. There, he focused on cultivating client relationships in the pursuit of enhancing both individual, team, and organizational leadership effectiveness.
