Coaching Office Hours

Coaching Office Hours is a creative solution to meet the needs of many organizations to provide high quality executive coaching in a cost effective and efficient manner. This approach is designed to provide ongoing support and coaching through virtual one-on-one coaching sessions to a larger number of employees than traditional coaching models. Confidential coaching themes will be reported back to internal talent professionals to ensure maximum return on coaching investment.
Program Format
Pre-selected days each month for an executive coach to be available for eight 45-minute virtual coaching sessions per day
Employees sign up on a first-come, first-serve basis to have a confidential virtual coaching session on any topic of their choice
After each Coaching Office Hours day, the coach will provide an initial report describing the themes that were discussed in the conversations, with a more in-depth report provided quarterly
