We also report the data we capture from every coaching engagement to capitalize on behavioral gains, even when the engagement is over. 

Our 360 Framework

Step 1 - Planning:

Coach will conduct 1-2 planning sessions with key stakeholder to develop a list of 360 questions and coordinate the project communications and launch.

Step 2 - Participant’s Initial Meeting with Coach:

Coach will meet with each participant to discuss the process, outline goals, and determine the feedback providers for the 360. The coach will interview the participant to understand their current context so that all assessment information can be appropriately mapped.

Step 3 - Structured Interview Feedback Process:

Coach will conduct 30-minute structured interviews with up to twelve feedback providers per participant.

Step 4 - Debrief and Development Planning:

The coach will meet with the participant for a 2-hour debrief session to help them understand and interpret the feedback data and identify areas of strength and opportunities for development. The coach will help each leader to prioritize development needs and create a list of focused actionable items. A template will be provided for this purpose.

Program Components

3-Month or 6-Month Engagement Options

  • Six 60 to 90 minute sessions over 3 months OR twelve 60 to 90 minute sessions over 6 months
  • 360 Structured Interview Process with 6-10 feedback providers (including manager)
  • Creation of a tailored Action Plan (updated at the midpoint and completion of coaching in the 6-month engagement)
  • Preparation for one-on-one sessions as well as written and verbal reports
  • Consultation on timely issues (in between regularly scheduled coaching sessions)
  • Coaching Coalition Meetings that include the coach, coaching client, coaching client’s manager, and organizational sponsor to ensure the needs of the organization are being met (3 for a 3-month program or 4 for a 6-month program)
  • Final Update Report which will include the coaching client’s progress on development goals and sustainability plan
