To Our Loyal Clients,

Nearing the end of a great 2019, I want to take this time to thank you for working with Partners International. We deeply value our relationship and take the responsibility of being your service provider and trusted advisor very seriously.

Focused on our core offerings of career transition, executive coaching, talent consulting and executive search, we have incorporated the spirit of innovation and the energy of technology in our current business without sacrificing our high touch partnership process.

Through investment in thought leadership, Partners International constantly challenges our methods and processes to align with each of our clients’ needs, developing and refining service to meet the real-time demands of day to day business in this ever changing business environment.

As the creator of the Contextual Coaching process, Partners has taken on a leadership role in engaging our clients, their employees and our coaches  in the accountability of results driven coaching for talent development. The future continues to offer new opportunities for Partners International as our original purpose as a Talent Consulting business based upon inclusion and diversity resonates more today than ever before.

We are widening our influence as champions of women’s initiatives, building and developing next generation leaders and embracing systems and technology where quantitative analysis can provide the right balance to qualitative analysis in building leadership and team synergy.

It give me great satisfaction and wonderful sense of openness as I continue to lead this uniquely positioned firm growing and learning everyday to better serve our clients.

Looking forward to a great 2020,

Amy Friedman
