Amy J. Friedman, Founder & CEO

Amy Friedman, CEO and Founder of Partners International, is a leader in the human capital, human resources, talent consulting and development industry, with a focus on alignment between shareholders and stakeholders’ values. Amy and her former partners founded Partners International, a large-scale boutique firm, and one of the first certified women-owned businesses in her industry in 1994. Amy is grounded in industrial/organizational psychology academic rigor. She has a strong core of integrity that is evident in corporate and entrepreneurial success. Her clients most value her collaborative style, and her belief in the positive energy and strength in diversity and emotional intelligence.

Will Perry, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer for Partners International, Will is responsible for developing and executing the corporate strategy, with a key focus on designing new offerings for our clients, as well as devising innovative ways to continually improve Partners operational efficiency and financial performance. He acts as the key interface point between the individual Practice teams in order to ensure that all activities within the organization remain client-centric. Will leads both internal and external initiatives, including  sales and marketing campaigns, business process improvement, and software implementation programs.

Andrea Chester, Executive Coaching 

Andrea leads the operations of the Executive Coaching (EC) Practice to ensure a best-in-class experience for Partners International’s clients.  She is responsible for the strategic direction of the EC practice; leveraging the resources at Partners International to ensure the practice is integrated into the business and aligned with the overall strategy. Through her commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, she builds and maintains strong relationships with new and prospective clients. Andrea has developed a world class team of consultants globally and oversees the management, communication, training, and recruitment of these consultants.

Amanda Buschi, Talent Management

Amanda is an experienced global leader and subject matter expert in Talent Management with a keen understanding of success metrics developed through international experience across Europe, North and South America and the Caribbean. She has the ability to identify, recognize and upskill top talent to enable organizations to attract, develop and retain key leaders and employees. Amanda acts as a trusted advisor for HR business partners on strategic talent management and culture initiatives and executive development. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.


Jim Hajny, Career Transition

Jim Hajny is a Human Resources professional with over twenty years experience in outplacement and career transition management.  He has a proven track record of building relationships with senior management, employees, and internal/external clients. Jim is exceptionally skilled at aligning vision and strategy to achieve business objectives. He coaches and motivates high performance teams, and is able to effectively provide strategic and tactical counsel to managers and executives. He is responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of all Partners International career transition coaches.

Elana Roberts, Talent Consulting  

As an ICF certified executive coach and coaching supervisor with over 19 years experience in coaching and leadership consulting, Elana is the lead subject matter expert for the Talent Consulting Practice. In addition to training and supervision of all Partners consultants, Elana is responsible for developing and improving Partners International’s Contextual Coaching model and process. She works closely with clients to diagnose needs, make targeted recommendations, and oversee the design and delivery of large-scale initiatives, with a focus on data and metrics, to ensure maximum return on investment.

Amy Davidson, Career Transition

A former HR executive, Amy Davidson has led teams and coached colleagues to success career outcomes in the Communications/Media, Management Consulting, Financial Services, and Publishing Industries as well as the Non-Profit Sector. Amy specializes in customizing Career Transition and Mobility  programs for corporate transitioning staff in order to provide the maximum benefits for both retained and former employees.
