Edwin Estacio, Vice President, Business Management

She is responsible for the strategic direction of the EC/TC practices; leveraging the resources at Partners International to ensure the practice is integrated into the business and aligned with the overall strategy. Andrea has developed a world class team of consultants globally and oversees the management, communication, training, and recruitment of these consultants.
Jim Hajny, Managing Director, Career Transition
Jim Hajny is a Human Resources professional with over twenty years experience in outplacement and career transition management. He has a solid track record of building relationships with senior management, employees, and internal/external clients. Jim is exceptionally skilled at aligning vision and strategy to achieve business objectives. He coaches and motivates high performance teams, and is able to effectively provide strategic and tactical counsel to managers and executives. He is responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of all Partners International career transition coaches.
Elana Roberts, Vice President, Talent Development
As Vice President of Talent Development at Partners International, Elana is the lead subject matter expert for the Executive Coaching and Talent Consulting Practices. In addition to being an ICF certified executive coach with over 19 years experience in coaching and leadership consulting, Elana is responsible for the training and supervision of all Partners consultants and, together with her team, led the efforts to revise Partners International’s Contextual Coaching model and process. She works closely with clients to diagnose needs, make targeted recommendations, and oversee the design and delivery of large-scale initiatives, with a focus on data and metrics, to ensure maximum return on investment.

As Vice President, Career Transition, Amy works with our corporate clients and their transitioning staff to ensure maximum client engagement by customizing Career Transition and Mobility programs. As a former HR executive, Amy has led teams and coached colleagues to success in the Communications/Media, Management Consulting, Financial Services, and Publishing Industries as well as the Non-Profit Sector.

She is an experienced search consultant and human resources leader with an extensive background in executive search, strategic human resources consulting, recruitment, and career transition coaching.

Andrew has nearly 15 years of consultative business development experience, supporting small business to global enterprise clients across multiple industries. As the business development leader, he leverages his years of experience in the career transition and talent development space to consult with clients on solving their critical talent challenges. He uses a collaborative management style with client companies to identify challenges and customize solutions to support the success of the organizations and individual employees. Andrew is responsible for enhancing client experience and building strong relationships while enabling clients to maximize their ROI and outcomes through their work with Partners International.

Anne specializes in Business Development and Account Management. She has a broad background in sales, recruiting, consulting and marketing on national and global platforms. Anne works with partner companies and prospective clients to align and integrate our full scope of services: Executive Recruiting, On-boarding Coaching & Strategies, Executive Coaching, Strategic Team Development, Career Development & Transition. Her experience managing corporate relationships varies from Fortune 100 companies with global and national impact to local, regional and privately held organizations.
Will Perry, Vice President, Strategy & Operations
As Vice President of Strategy & Operations for Partners International, Will acts as the key interface point between the four Practice teams and PI Leadership to ensure that all activities in the organization are client-centric, with a key focus on supporting sales revenue and devising innovative ways to continually improve Partners operational efficiency and performance. He is responsible for identifying and executing internal and external initiatives, including operational improvement, software implementation programs, marketing campaigns, and evolving Partners key offerings to clients.
