Bill Guerin joins Partners as Senior Vice President of C-Suite Advisory Services, where he’ll work side-by-side with our partners to enhance organizational performance, from the top down, while also developing customized, data-driven approaches to enhance executive team performance, strategic planning and organizational change and leadership development. Before assuming his C-Suite Advisory Services role at Partners, Bill worked as a management consultant for nearly 20 years. He was co-founder and Chief Catalyst at Catalytics Performance Consulting, a human capital consulting firm, and has collaborated extensively with Partners International as an independent consultant. Prior to his consulting career, Bill held a number of corporate leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategy for Prudential Insurance; Executive Vice President at global market research firm TNS, and Director of Sales and Marketing for PPL, a Fortune 500 diversified energy company.
As Senior Vice President of Talent Management, Amanda Buschi, will continue to drive innovative approaches to the changing workforce, including solutions that focus on talent retention strategies, leadership development, and restructuring the workforce through both traditional outplacement and innovative career management programs. Prior to joining Partners International Amanda was Vice President, Principal Consultant for consulting firm Right Management, Vice President, Europe for international satellite company PanAmSat, and Manager of Marketing Research for Spanish-language television network Univision. She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a PhD in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.
